Age: The ELCA Southeastern Synod All Tennessee Youth Gathering is for 6^th through 12^th graders.

Registration: Opens September 10, 2009 and closes November 10, 2009

Send all your forms and check at one time to the registrar. Registration fees are for both youth and adults. Please make sure you return the group form. Plus for each person: a participant registration form (either youth or adult), a medical release form, and a signed community guideline.

Churches: You must register 1 adult leader (21 years or older) with every 5 youth.

Example: 15 youth need 3 adults. If you register 5 or fewer youth, the accompanying adult may be of either gender. If you register more than 5 youth (both males and females) your adults must be of both genders. The synod recommends background checks be run on all adults who work with youth. The synod’s insurance requires all adults who work with youth at a synod event to have a background check. The synod recommends drivers of youth to be over the age of 25.

Housing Information: Youth will be housed with other youth from across the state incabins. Adults will be intermixed with the youth in each cabin.

Registration Confirmation: Confirmation emails will be sent to the contact person on the group form.

Cost: $80 per person (includes lodging for 1 nights, 3 meals, programming, and t-shirt)
